Dream-access.com return policy: If you are not satisfied with a product you ordered from dream-access.com or if it is defective or damaged, you can return it to us within 3 days of the delivery date, and we will refund or replace the entire item. For more information, please see our page to learn more about Returns and Refunds. If a defect appears on your product after the 3 day period, and during the entire warranty period, you can contact us for products sold by DreamAccess or sold by a third party seller and shipped by DreamAccess, or contact the third party seller for them. products sold and shipped by a third party seller. Please note that if you purchased an item from a merchant's store and shipped from the store, that item is subject to that seller's individual return policy.

In accordance with articles L.121-20-12 et seq. Of the French Consumer Code for French consumers, your seller will reimburse you for the price of the item or items you are returning, as well as the delivery costs, it being specified that if you return an item that is part of a larger order, your seller will refund the price and delivery charges for the returned item. Additionally, sellers are required to reimburse only the standard delivery charge (i.e. the cheapest delivery charge they offer). If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the costs of returning the item (s), the costs of gift wrapping and any additional services related to your purchase remain at your expense (except in the event of an error by your seller, or if the item is defective).

In addition, the right of withdrawal does not apply
: on delivery of the product (s) which cannot be returned for reasons of hygiene or health protection if you have opened them (for example, headphones or creams) or which, after delivery, have been contaminated; the delivery of audio or video recordings or computer software when you have opened them after delivery; upon delivery of the product (s) that have been manufactured to your specifications or clearly personalized; the supply of products liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly; to the provision of fully executed services for which you agreed, at the time of placing your order, that their execution begin, and have waived your right of withdrawal. How to return an item to a seller To begin the process of returning an item purchased from a seller, go to the My Orders section and select Return. Select the item you wish to return and the reason for the return.

Sellers will typically respond to return authorization requests within two business days. If you don't receive a response from your seller within two business days, you can submit a complaint to DreamAccess. Regarding your purchase, the shipping costs for returning items purchased from a seller are at your expense.

However, if you receive a defective or damaged item, or an item that does not meet the description provided by the seller (for example, if you received a used item when the item was described as new), you may be entitled to a full refund. If you have contacted the seller within 3 days of delivery of the product and returned it within 3 days of arranging the return with the seller, but have not received support, you can file a complaint with DreamAccess.

Note: If you are returning a mobile phone, camera, or other storage device, remember not to open them. We recommend that you pack the item carefully to prevent damage in transit, and use a traceable, signature-on-delivery shipping method.

If you do not use a traceable signature on delivery method to return your item and the seller does not refund you, your claim may not be accepted because it is not possible to verify that the seller received the return.

Note: If you decline a delivery, the product is not returned with a traceable shipping method. In the event of refused delivery, refund may not be possible under seller's return policies. We recommend that you accept the delivery and then start the return process.
